Help, 80-year-old mum, three iPad lessons please

I bought my mum an iPad for her 80th birthday and she has used it maybe three times because she's scared of breaking it. She can do the basics - email, BBC iPlayer, look things up - but she wants to be able to FaceTime her sister in Australia and shop online safely, and she won't learn by being shown once. She is very patient, very polite, and very stuck. Looking for someone in the Westminster area who is good with older people, no rushing, no jargon, and can come for an hour a week for three or four weeks. She'll make you tea and a digestive biscuit.
