What we are

We connect private individuals and small businesses directly with skilled computer technicians across the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, and the Netherlands. Local IT specialists cover PC & laptop repair, Apple Mac support, Wi-Fi & network setup, virus removal, data recovery, gaming PC builds, email troubleshooting, printer setup, smart home IoT, mobile/tablet help, and small business website & e-commerce assistance. There is no registration fee for customers, and we only charge a small listing fee for the IT technicians.
Why we exist
Local computer help has a gap. A broken laptop means either a company call-out that can cost more than the machine is worth, or a forum post that sits unanswered for days. We built the middle way: a technician who is actually close by, found in minutes.
What we deliberately do not do
No commission, ever
We take no cut of your work and never handle the payment. You and the customer agree a price, and that is the price.
No lecturing, no marketing
We do not bombard anyone with ads or email rounds. We match a customer with a local job and stop there.
No fake reviews, no invented scores
Technicians are independent professionals, not our staff. We show no fake testimonials and invent no statistics. The right fit is decided between the two people involved.
