Dental practice printer keeps going offline

We're a dental practice near the station in Norwich with four treatment rooms and a reception desk. The main network printer (Brother laser MFC) drops off the network almost every morning. Reception has to restart both the printer and the switch under the desk to get appointment cards and receipts to print. It wastes ten minutes every morning while patients are standing there. We need an experienced network tech who can assign static IPs or fix the DHCP reservations so this stops happening permanently.
